If your VPS is getting hit with a QoS parameter, either your resource usage is higher or that parameter is set to a generic value. The QoS parameter can be increased provided:

1. Your CPU usage is not abusive for the hardware node.

2. That parameter is not directly related to your alloted RAM (memory), both the dedicated and burstable.

3. That parameter is not related to disk space directly.
